REGLEMENT DU SALON
GENERAL RULES

Participants :
Salon ouvert aux photographes amateurs et professionnels du monde entier.
Inscription ouverte à tous, toutefois elle peut être rejetée lorsque l'organisateur ou son mandataire, à son entière discrétion, estime qu’elle n'est pas conforme aux règles et conditions du Salon.

Nombre de photographies : maximum 4 par section.

Les oeuvres doivent provenir de photographies (captures d'images d'objets par sensibilité à la lumière) effectuées par le participant. Toutes les parties de l'image doivent avoir été photographiées par l'auteur qui détient les droits d'auteur de toutes les œuvres soumises. Les organisateurs déclinent toute responsabilité en cas d'abus de droit d'auteur.
Aucun titre ou identification de l‘auteur ne doit être visible sur les photos proposées.
Chaque image doit avoir un titre unique.
Par son inscription, l’auteur certifie le travail comme le sien (les alias ne sont pas autorisés). En participant, l’auteur autorise les organisateurs à reproduire tout ou partie des photos proposées gratuitement pour publication et / ou affichage dans les médias liés à l'exposition. Cela peut inclure la publication à faible résolution sur un site Web.
Chaque photo ne sera présentée que dans une seule section ou thème.

Lorsqu'un participant soumet des images sensiblement similaires les unes aux autres, une seule des images sera acceptée, même si les images sont présentées dans différentes sections ou thèmes.
Les photographies acceptées antérieurement dans un des salons Le Catalan ne sont pas admises.

En soumettant ses photos ou fichiers à un salon sous Patronage FIAP et PSA, le participant accepte sans exception et sans objection aux règlements FIAP et PSA telles qu’énoncées en fin de ce document.


Les décisions du Jury seront sans appel. Les organisateurs sélectionneront les œuvres qui seront exposées au salon.

Participants :
Competition open to amateurs and professional photographers from all over the world.
Registration is open to all; however, it may be rejected if the organizer or his representative, at his sole discretion, considers that it does not comply with the rules and conditions of the Salon.

Number of photographs : Maximum 4 per section.

Entries must originate from photographs (images of objects captured by sensitivity to light) taken by the participant. All parts of the image must have been photographed by the author who holds the copyright for all submitted works. The organizers decline any responsibility in the event of copyright abuse. No title or identification of the author must be visible on the proposed photographs. Each image must have a unique title. By registering the author certifies the work as his own (aliases are not permitted). The author allows the organizers to reproduce, free of charge, all or part of the photos proposed for publication and/or display in the medias related to the competition. This may include low resolution publication on a Web site.

Each photo will only be presented in a single section or theme.
When a participant submits identical or similar images, only one of the images will be accepted, even if the images are presented in different sections or themes.
Images previously accepted at one of the preceding salons, or images that are significantly similar, will not be accepted at that salon.

By submitting his photos or files to a Salon under FIAP patronage, the participant accepts, without any exclusion, the terms of condition and rules of FIAP and PSA as set out at the end of this document.


The jury's decisions are final. The organizers will select the works that will be exhibited at the salon.

TOUS LES FRAIS D'EXPÉDITION SUPPLÉMENTAIRES EXIGÉS PAR LE TRANSPORTEUR POUR LIVRER LES PHOTOS IMPRIMÉES POUR LE CONCOURS SERONT À LA CHARGE DU PARTICIPANT.
LE REMBOURSEMENT DES FRAIS AVANCES SERA DEMANDE A L'AUTEUR, QUI PROCEDERA AU REMBOURSEMENT AVANT LE JUGEMENT.
EN L'ABSENCE DE REMBOURSEMENT DES FRAIS, SEULES LES PHOTOS IMPRIMÉES NE SERONT PAS JUGÉES ET LES PAIEMENTS ENGAGÉS SERONT RETENUS

PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT
ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS REQUIRED BY THE CARRIER TO DELIVER THE PRINTED PHOTOS FOR THE CONTEST WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ENTRANT.
THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE ADVANCED EXPENSES WILL BE REQUESTED FROM THE AUTHOR, WHO WILL PROCEED WITH THE REIMBURSEMENT BEFORE THE JUDGMENT.
IN THE ABSENCE OF FEES REIMBURSEMENT, ONLY PRINTED PHOTOS WILL NOT BE JUDGED AND COMMITTED PAYMENTS WILL BE WITHHOLDED

PRECAUCIÓN: IMPORTANTE
CUALQUIER GASTO DE ENVÍO ADICIONAL NECESARIO POR EL TRANSPORTISTA PARA ENTREGAR LAS FOTOS IMPRESAS PARA EL CONCURSO SERÁ RESPONSABILIDAD DEL PARTICIPANTE.
EL REEMBOLSO DE LOS GASTOS ANTICIPADOS SE SOLICITARÁ AL AUTOR, QUIEN PROCEDERÁ AL REEMBOLSO ANTES DE LA SENTENCIA.
EN AUSENCIA DE REEMBOLSO DE HONORARIOS, SOLO LAS FOTOS IMPRESAS NO SERÁN JUZGADAS Y LOS PAGOS COMPROMETIDOS SERÁN RETENIDOS
